Delivery Information
To ensure an efficient and transparent service, our general shipping conditions are reported below:
- 🚚 Return Method:
The return of goods is to be understood as FREE TO OUR FACTORY, unless different agreements are made during the order phase. - ⏳ Delivery Terms:
The agreed delivery terms are purely indicative. Any delays cannot give rise to claims for damages or interest. - ⚠️ Receiving Damaged Goods:
Goods shipped via courier that are damaged will be replaced only if noted on the delivery note with the specific phrase "with reserve" at the time of collection. - 📩 Complaints:
Any complaints must be communicated within 8 days from the date of receipt of the goods, exclusively by registered letter.
For any disputes, the COURT OF CALTANISSETTA will have exclusive jurisdiction.
